What is Future of Shopping program?
During Autumn 2019 we will attend the Future of Shopping program, hosted by PwC, which aims to help businesses be prepared for the rapid transformation of the retail industry.
The focus of the program is to explore and design future solutions and ecosystems with real impact through collaborative efforts from consumer-centric optichannel and sustainability perspective. The program contains masterclasses, workshops, ideation sessions and design sprints and will be finished with a demo day where attendees present results and insights from the program. It takes place in conjunction with the famous retail event Slush in Helsinki on November 21st.
- Tomorrow’s open ecosystems are supported by connected data, interfaces, partners, and devices in order to serve customers in the right time and place. This requires a collaborative culture and a partnership mindset. This is essential in order to offer a seamless, personalized experience.
- The consumer value will increasingly depend on the amount of control the consumer has over the purchasing journey, the ability to give the consumers what they want whenever and wherever they want it, and the ability to deliver a differentiated consumer experience.
